Toggl is another great option to manage and track all your business. The program has a built-in day planner along with some, but not all, options for team reporting. It can be used online, via the desktop tool, and also through the smartphone application. The software can track multiple projects. Toggl is the answer if you are looking for simple options to serve your small company.

I must say best efforts have been put to create the Talygen software. One can simply see this by exploring the various functional modules available in this tool.
I have been interested in this kind of time tracking for a while, this application seems good, what would be nice is if there is an option that is integrated with quickbooks and creating events for the time spent on the various activities.
As of now, I'm using Replicon for time recording ( http://www.replicon.com/olp/online-time-recording-software.aspx ). It is highly valuable tool for accurately evaluating how long each project takes and having the ability to easily forecast and allocate our time for future projects.
